I can't believe that Spring Break has already come and gone. This semester is flying by! Only about 6 weeks left in the entire semester. There was nothing overly exciting about my break, but it was nice to relax and spend time with my friends & family!
We headed home on Friday the 9th after I got out of class. It's such a long drive and hate having to go that far, but it's worth it once we get there. It was the first time that we've been to Lovell since Christmas break, which isn't very long ago, but it seems like it's been forever!
It was so nice over the break, so we took advantage of it. On Saturday we spent the day outside cleaning the yard, mowing the lawn, & getting everything ready for Spring.
Sunday night Kara, Jason, and the kids came up to eat dinner. Because I haven't had it in forever, I requested steak, and my parents definitely didn't disappoint!
On Monday, Dani and I went up to Billings so Dani could get her system fixed in her truck. After bumming around and buying things we didn't really need, we headed home and I hung out with Emi and then visited with Michael Montanez for awhile.
Tuesday, I took Emi down to the DMV and her got her learner's permit. So watch out Lovell, Emi is now on the roads... Scary!! Spring Break fell at a good time because Katelyn had 2 Little League basketball games. She is such a doll & I loved watching her and the rest of the team run up and down the court tyring to figure out what was going on.
The rest of the week consisted of me hanging around the house and driving around with Emi at night. Thursday I watched another one of Katelyn's games. Then on Friday I went to visit Katie-Bob and her beautiful baby girl, Harper Quinn! It's been awhile since I've seen her and I loved catching up while holding her precious baby. :) Saturday my parents and I headed back up to Billings to get Dani's system completely fixed.
We headed back on Sunday and am back in the reality of school, which was right here waiting for me to get back. My Spring Break was nothing special or overly exciting, but I look forward to it every year and I love it! Only a few more weeks then I'll be home again for summer (hopefully I can make it that long with the nice weather we've been having lately)!
