Today has been a very long day! Because I had class at 8:40 this morning and still hadn't gotten my books for my classes, I had to wake up extra early to go to the bookstore and pick them up. The bookstore opened at 7:30 this morning and I think I walked in the doors at 7:35. After getting my books I headed over to my first class in the Fine Arts Building. I had to wait for about an hour because I got done at the bookstore so quick and it wasn't as hard as I thought to find the room where class was. My first class was three hours long!! From 8:40-11:40, and yes she kept us the entire time.
After that class got over, I headed to the Classroom Building where my second class was. Since I had about an hour and fifteen minutes before my next class, I headed back to the bookstore to correct an error they made when ringing up my books. After that was all taken care of, I headed back to the Classroom Building where I did my reading assignment for my English class. English started at 1:20 and went to 3:30. Again, we were there the entire time. By the time I got back to my car and drove home, it was almost 4:00. I can't believe I was at the school for a regular full day of school (over seven hours) and only went to two classes, CRAZY!!!
I walked in the door, put my backpack in my room fed my fish, grabbed my purse, and was out the door once again. I had to fill my car up with gas because I was almost on empty from driving back to Laramie yesterday. I also washed my car because it was quite disgusting. After that, I headed to Walmart to get some groceries because I didn't have much food in my house when I got back and I was a little hungry so I needed to stock up. When I finally got home, I put the groceries away, ate some dinner relaxed for about a half hour, and then started in on my homework!!
I just barely finished and decided to blog about my long day. Now that I have my day finally done, I have to take a shower, read my scriptures, and go to bed just to wake up tomorrow to go back to school again. It's a good thing that I have nice teachers and these classes only last three or four weeks because I wouldn't make it if it wasn't!! YAY FOR SUMMER SCHOOL!!!

Short Break...
My last final was Friday at 1:15 and it feels so good to be done. I got into to Lovell on Sunday around 4:00 because Jason's graduation and Katelyn's birthday were on Saturday so the family and I stuck around for those important events. Now I'm hanging out in Lovell and getting to catch up on all the sleep that I've missed!!
I'm home in Lovell for about a week. On Sunday I'm headed back to Laramie for summer classes that start May 18th. I'm taking two classes: Introduction to Music and Introduction to Literature. They shouldn't be too hard, and they're only going to take me 3-4 weeks to complete. My last day of class is June 12th and then it's back to good 'ole Lovell for the rest of the summer where I'll work for my dad and hopefully get my Pharmacy-Tech license!!
The week is going fast and before I know it, it's going to be time to head back for more school. While I'm here I'm going to try to make the best of my short break :)

Late Night Luau...
Since it's finals week, there tends to be quite a bit of down time. Both Kristen and I didn't have a final today. Kristen has a final tomorrow at 10:30, but I don't have one until Thursday afternoon. Tonight Kristen and I ran to Walmart to get a few things that we needed at the house. We walked past an isle and saw some fun luau decorations for a party, and then it dawned on us that we should have a luau party since this is the last week we'll be living together.

Newest Edition...
Since about the beginning of April, Kristen Scheffler has been staying at my house because she is sick of the dorms, and being in a home setting tends to make her not as home sick. Well, this was just fine with me, I love living with Kristen. We get along very well and have a lot of fun together. She is finally getting most of her stuff moved from the dorms into the house so now she doesn't have to go back and forth as much. Her clothes, shoes, schoolwork, computer, and pet fish are all in one place. (Thanks to Kristen, I now know the password to my wireless internet again as well.)

Fish are the perfect pet, they're fun to watch but it doesn't take a lot to take care of them. I really like Kristen's too, and so last Friday, I went to Walmart and got my very own. I named him Blaze. He's a blue fish with yellow fins. So far, I really like him. He's not as hyper as Kristen's fish and likes to sit in the sharks mouth, but he's a lot of fun. It's weird but I can just sit and watch him swim around. It's funny how attached you can get to a little fish, but he's my favorite.

The next day, Kristen and I were talking about this little fish that was in the same tank with Blaze in Walmart, so I thought it would be fun to get Blaze a tank mate. Bad Idea!! The minute I put the little fish in with Blaze, Blaze tried to eat him. The sign at the store said they were aggressive fish, and that is no joke! The two could not be together, so now my friend Paige has the other little fish and we are all the proud owners of fish and now have pets!! :) Now I know that Kara's news of being pregnant is a little more exciting then me getting a fish, but since I'm not going to be having kids for awhile I figured this is as close as I'll get for announcing news about a new edition in my house.
Although Kristen is a new edition to my house, she's not the one I'm talking about. Kristen has a fish her little cousin named Curious George. He's hyper and is constantly swimming up and down. I think he is one of the coolest fish ever :)

Easter Break...
This past weekend was great. Being able to relax, hang out with the family, and not have to worry about homework for a few days. I left for Lovell Thursday night after Kristen got out of class at 6:00. Needless to say, it was a long drive. We got into Lovell at 11:30. After I dropped Kristen off, I headed for home. Emilee wasn't excited when I woke her up to tell her I was home.
The next day the family headed up to Billings for what was supposed to be a "quick" trip. We ended up being getting home from Billings around 10:30 that night. The rest of the night Emilee and I hung out and watched Enchanted.
I finally got to sleep in on Saturday, which I took full advatage of, sleeping until 11:30!! I guess I needed to catch up on my sleep. That night my mom and dad have Stake Conference, so Emi and I hung out again. After my parents got home, I went to Katie and Richard's house to say hi. It was great to see her again, I really miss Katie-Bob when I'm in Laramie. After I left her house, I hung out with Michael Montanez for a little while.
Sunday morning, the family woke up early to see what the Easter Bunny brought us. It was great to go to Stake Conference and see so many friends and family that I haven't seen in quite awhile. After church, the family hung out at home, ate my favorite dinner (ham and scalloped potatoes), talked with the family and played with Darius, and then had to pack to head back to Laramie.
UW didn't do very good with the scheduling because I had school Monday, which meant traveling on Easter day. NO FUN!! Easter Break was great, but it definitely wasn't long enough. It would have been better if Dani had been there too, but no she decided to go to Hawaii instead, I mean who does that?!?!
Now I'm back in school with lots of homework because it's getting toward the end of the semester. Only two more weeks of classes until Finals Week and then it's summertime. Well for some people at least. For me, after finals I head home for a week, then come back to Laramie for three weeks to take some summer classes. After three long weeks I'm heading back to Lovell for the rest of the summer to hang out with friends and family and also work and make some money.

Friday Night Dinner....
In the haste of writing about the fun times I had with Kristen and Kristin this weekend, I forgot to write about my fun filled Friday evening before Kristin Evanoff arrived. Earlier in the week Kristen texted me and asked if I'd be interested in having a freshmen dinner on Friday.
After a week of school and homework, making plans, and going to Walmart to buy supplies, Friday finally came. I whipped up some spaghetti and french bread. Kristen's freshmen teammates: Emma, Brenna, Leah, Ashlee, and of course Kristen, all came over and ate dinner.
After dinner was over we made some brownies and ate them with ice cream. We all hung out for awhile and then the team wanted to go watch a movie. I stayed home and cleaned the house and later that night Kristen came back over. We hung out and watched movies until Kristin got into Laramie.
I had a really fun weekend!!

Fun Times...
Kristin Evanoff came down to Laramie for the weekend. She got in last night at 1:30 in the morning. Kristin, Kristen Scheffler, and I hung out for a while before we decided to go to sleep. After we took Kristin E. back to her motel room, Kristen S. stayed the night at my house.

Today after sleeping in, Kristen and I picked Kristin up, went to Walmart, and then headed back to my house to have a day of being lazy and having fun times. This day has been spent watching movies, eating food, and just having fun with a stress free day. It was a lot of fun to just get to relax and spend some time with my friends.

I made my first attempt at homemade pizza tonight. I must admit I was really nervous because I've never made it before, and I wasn't sure if it would turn out right. After waiting for it to cook, the moment of truth arrived. Much to my surprise it was really good. I've very impressed with cooking skills, surprisingly.

The weather outside is pretty bad. I think it's snowed more in these last two days then it has the entire winter season. Most of the roads coming in and out of Laramie are closed or very dangerous. Kristen and Kristin wanted to head to Saratoga to go swimming in the hot springs. I was going to go, but the weather was too scary and decided against it. Kristen and Kristin however wanted to try to go anyway. Now I'm just sitting at home waiting for them to get back, so we can hang out again.
